United Flag & Banner will issue a full credit for merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customer unless an error was made on the part of United Flag & Banner. Items being returned must be in new condition for a full credit to be issued. A copy of the receipt must be included with any returned items. Please e-mail us with any questions you may have about returns.

Our shipping charges are based on your zip code and the weight of your package. Typical shipping charges for UPS ground service are from $9.95 - $10.95, plus an addition $0.35 per $100 invoice total for shipping insurance. Other services are available for your selection during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 24 hours. You will be notified via email if there will be an extended delay in shipping your order.
